On demand
Customised services
Aside from teaching about wine and consulting on marketing and communication, I also offer certain 'on demand' customised services that you might be interested in: headhunting, events and cellar management. Please note that if I'm overbooked, I'll re-direct you to highly qualified wine professionals who will be also able to help you with your needs.

Headhunting
I was not working in wine and with wine all my life. Before starting my wine career in 2018, I spent 7 years working in different roles in Human Resources (HR) as a Recruiter, Headhunter, Organisational Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Interacting with people was my favourite part of the job and I still carry that love now in the wine world.
My current roles and projects involve meeting a lot of different wine professionals, travels and networking, this way I'm exposed to a high number of super talented wine professionals. With my background in HR, I always keep an eye open to a possible match between a person and a business.
There are several options how I can assist you in finding a perfect match for your role: presenting a selection of candidates, pre-screening of the selected candidates, accompanying all selection process until the hire.
Events
Wine events are simply the best! If you are looking for a more education set-up, check my Learn wine with me page. Here we talk about wine parties! If you have a special opening of your business venue (nail studio, hair salon, etc.), planning a dinner or want to add a twist to your birthday party, having carefully curated wine and beverage selection is one of the keys to succeed!
I've planned and organised plenty of big sommelier and wine events in the past 5 years, so depending on your needs and budget, we can build an exciting wine list to elevate your event. My support can range from simple advice on quantities and labels to match your occasion to me seeing through the whole liquid side of your special day - including choice of labels and quantities to purchase, delivery and service.

Cellar management
If you are looking to start your wine cellar or already have a collection, it's highly advised to have every so often an appraisal of your cellar.
What does it normally include: evaluation of factors like the provenance, rarity, market demand, storage conditions, and current market value of the wines. Inventory and catalogue of your collection. Guidelines on what to do with your stock - keep, sell, drink, etc.
When do you need to do it: when you want to to explore resale option, identify investment purposes, when planning to expand your cellar or storage capacity, and just for inventory - it's good to know what do you have, at what stage and how much does it cost!
